  • Thesis: The Street Address Application Process (SAAP).  2001. Developed through a geodatabase application development cycle that included data needs assessment, data normalization, and relational tables declarations, the SAAP system was programmed in PL-SQL in an Oracle Developer environment to execute triggers and other functions to capture, process, store, and disseminate new house number information for a cadastral governmental office.
